3-days Workshops for Students from Ukraine

Key philosophical problems in 3 days. On June 28-30, 2023, students from Ukraine met in the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Warsaw to discuss them with such experts as: Dr. Mahrad Almotahari, prof. Paweł Okołowski, prof. Benjamin Ferguson, Prof. Peter Adamson, Dr. Aaron Wendland. (See pictures below.)

The topics were challenging: LLMs and the mind-body problem, the Slavic soul, love, the paradox of the exploitation soul, the global dimension of philosophy and the role of philosophy in the future. But the organisation of the workshops was a great challenge as well: they were conducted in 3 languages: Ukrainian, Polish and English, with simultaneous translation.

This great undertaking organized at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw was prepared in its entirety by the Creative Studios foundation, a NGO registered in Poland which organises various activities for students from Ukraine.
