Mikołaj Sławkowski-Rode
Mikołaj Sławkowski-Rode is in the final year of his PhD at the Institute of Philosophy University of Warsaw. His thesis focuses on the human experience of finitude. He is also a tutor at Blackfriars Hall Oxford teaching Ancient Philosophy. Przemysław Bursztyka
Ph.D. in philosophy, Assistant Professor at the Department of Philosophy of Culture, Institute of Philosophy, University of Warsaw. His main interests: philosophy of culture, philosophical psychology, phenomenology, psychoanalysis, existentialism, hermeneutics, aesthetics (especially phenomenological), philosophical theories of imagination. Co-editor and co-author of three books: Schulz. Między mitem a filozofią, Gdańsk 2014 (forthcoming); Freud i nowoczesność, Kraków 2007 and 2008; Miłość i samotność. Wokół myśli Sørena Kierkegaarda, Warszawa 2007. An editor (2007-2010) and co-founder of the Polish philosophical quarterly ‘Kronos: metafizyka-kultura-religia’.
Ralph Stefan Weir
Ralph Weir is a graduate student in Philosophy at the University of Oxford. He holds an MSt in Ancient Philosophy from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Reading. He has taught Aesthetics, Ancient Philosophy and Ancient Greek language at Blackfriars Hall, University of Oxford, and is a Stipendiary Fellow of the Dalai Lama Centre for Compassion, Oxford. Jonathan Price is PhD Fellow and Lecturer in legal philosophy at Leiden University’s Institute for the Interdisciplinary Study of Law. He is also Tutor in philosophy and jurisprudence for Blackfriars, University of Oxford. He is editor of ‘Politics & Poetics: a journal of humane philosophy’ (inaugural edition forthcoming 2014, digitally and in print), the first edition of which is being edited by members of the Humane Philosophy Project.
