W programie wystąpienie dra Davida Kashtana pt. „ Demystifying the Ordinary: Redeeming Tarskian Truth from the Ordinary Language Objection”.

Short abstract:
The language-level theory of truth, usually associated with Tarski’s work from the 1930s, is often rejected as a philosophical theory of truth on the charge that it is a mere ad-hoc technical device designed to avoid the semantic paradoxes. I spell out the objection in detail and show that it is grounded in a confusion about the nature of natural language and the role it needs to fulfill in philosophy.
